Wanda P. Hardy, EMBA, is a member of the Board of Trustees of Kennedy University Hospital and serves on the Board’s Retirement, By-Laws & Rules and Finance Committees and is a member of the Kennedy Health Alliance Board of Trustees.
The Managing Principal of WP Hardy Consulting, LLC, Ms. Hardy provides management consultancy, training and organizational development to private, governmental and nonprofit organizations and academic institutions. She is also a lecturer at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, and an adjunct instructor at Cumberland County College in Vineland, NJ.
Ms. Hardy is an Advisory Board Member with Wells Fargo Bank, serves as Vice President of the Nonprofit Development Center of Southern New Jersey and is President of CreditWorthy, Inc., a nonprofit financial education organization. She serves as a member of the Business Industry Council for the American Public University System School of Management and is a member of the American Association of University Women.
Ms. Hardy is a graduate of Columbia University School of Business. She holds both a bachelor of science degree and an executive master’s degree in business administration (EMBA) from St. Joseph’s University.
She was awarded the 2010 National Association for the Commission on Women/New Jersey Region Gloucester County Women of Achievement Award, for which the State of New Jersey also issued a Joint Legislative Commendation. In 2009, Ms. Hardy was the recipient of the Eleanor Roosevelt Fund Award, presented by American Association of University Women (AAUW), and the 2009 New Jersey Coalition for Financial Education Community Award.
Ms. Hardy resides in Deptford, NJ.
