Nurse Manager Interventional Radiology
Manages and oversees clinical, human and other resources within the Interventional Radiology department. Develops and implements goals and objectives to support the organization in the changing health care environment. Utilizes and provides direction in the nursing process, standards, DMAI process and the allocation of resources within established reimbursement/budget parameters. Maintains competence in clinical nursing practice and obtains relative education. NJ RN license and BSN required, MSN preferred. Five years clinical experience in related interventional area: Interventional radiology, cardiac catheterization lab. Prior progressive management experience preferred.

Kennedy Health System’s Family Health Services Division is seeking a Full Time Family Practice Staff Physician for our fast-pace growing outpatient Ambulatory Healthcare Center with locations in Somerdale and Washington Township, New Jersey . Successful candidates will exemplify a compassion to care for the families we serve in our nearby communities to support our ongoing mission to excellence in healthcare, wellness and overall customer service. Serving 23,000 patients a year and growing Kennedy FHS accepts most major insurance plans including Managed Medicaid. Must be licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey and be a graduate of accredited MD or DO program of an accredited university.

Nurse Practitioner Occupational Health
The Occupational Health Nurse reports to the Corporate Director of Systems Integration and Health Employee Health and practices collaboratively with the Medical Director of employee health. The nurse practitioner’s primary role is to perform pre-placement and specialty physicals in addition to assessing, diagnosing and treating individuals for occupational illness or injury. The nurse practitioner integrates wellness and safety into EHS initiatives. The nurse practitioner is knowledgeable in OSHA standards and Workers’ Compensation laws. The nurse practitioner has a keen understanding of safety and haz/mat in a health care setting. The nurse practitioner is knowledgeable in emergency disaster plan that impact the well being of the employee. The nurse practitioner works collaboratively with the Infection Control service on possible outbreaks, clusters of contagious illnesses. Conducts annual occupation health risk assessment for the health care system.

Advanced Practice Nurse - Emergency Services
Facilitates excellence in clinical practice through the development of associates within the Emergency Department. Provides educational opportunities for associates, influences changes and advancement in clinical practice. Develops methods for managing the continuum of care for patient populations served. Interacts with Mangers system-wide to identify and resolve care issues relative to the area of specialty. Current NJ RN license is required.

Clinical Educator - Critical Care
Facilitates excellence in clinical practice through the development of associates within the assigned specialty. Provides educational opportunities for associates, influences changes and advancement in clinical practice. Develops methods for managing the continuum of care for patient populations served. Interacts with Mangers system-wide to identify and resolve care issues relative to the area of specialty. A current NJ RN license is required.

Operating Room RN - Washington Township
Is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and if necessary, delegating patient care for a specified group of patients. Collaborates with physicians, medical professionals and other staff to ensure the quality of care. Provides care for the pediatric, adolescent, adult or geriatric patient. Utilizes knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the patient’s age to ensure that care provided meets the unique, physical and psychosocial needs of the patient. Involves appropriate parties (i.e., patient’s family or guardian, outside agencies) in the assessment, treatment and continuing care of the patient as needed.

Neuro Intervention Radiology Nurse
Is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and if necessary, delegating patient care for a specified group of patients. Collaborates with physicians, medical professionals and other staff to ensure the quality of care. Provides care for the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult or geriatric patient. Utilizes knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the patient’s age to ensure that care provided meets the unique, physical and psychosocial needs of the patient. Involves appropriate parties (i.e., patient’s family or guardian, outside agencies) in the assessment, treatment and continuing care of the patient as needed. Requires a current license with the New Jersey State Board of Examiners of Nurses as a Registered Nurse. A current BCLS, ACLS certification. Telemetry certification. PALS and Critical Care Certification preferred. Interpersonal communication skills (both written and oral) required in order to educate and comfort patients and their families, maintain effective contacts with a variety of hospital personnel and maintain appropriate documentation records.

Nurse Manager for the Child Adolescent Psychiatric Unit
Manages and oversees clinical, human and other resources within the child and adolescent psychiatric unit. Develops and implements goals and objectives to support the unit and organization in the changing health care environment. Utilizes and provides direction in the child and adoelscent nursing process, regulatory readiness, performance management/improvement process and the allocation of resources within established reimbursement/budget parameters. Promotes patient focus services and exceptional customer service outcomes for patients and visitors. Maintains competence in clinical nursing practice, remaions current in the literature regarding child and adoelscent mental health issues and obtains relative education. Responsible for the retention, recruitment and development of competent clinical staff. NJ RN license and Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required. A Master's degree highly desireable.

STAT Business Support Specialist
Business Support Specialist works independently providing analytical support for the Executive Director. Business Support Specialist ensures the consistency of billing operations by coordinating the daily operations according to established policies and procedures. Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of billing operations. Performs ambulance billing duties, as assigned. Utilizes knowledge of third party payers. Demonstrates the ability to read and interpret accounts receivable journals. Performs administrative duties, as assigned, such as answering phones, message screening, Microsoft Office documents as well as filing, and data entry. Associates Degree in Accounting required. Minimum of five years billing experience. Combination of education and work experience will be considered. Specialized Knowledge & Skills: Proficient in Excel. Computer proficiency; use of office equipment (fax, copier); ability to prioritize work assignments; ability to handle multiple tasks and to work independently; knowledge of medical terminology.

Neuro OR Surgical Technician
Handles aseptic technique, operative procedures, operating room instrumentation and equipment. Is responsible for scrubbing during operative procedures while under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. Must be able to read and communicate in the English language. High school graduate or equivalent required. A minimum of two years of neuro experience is required.

Neuro Interventional Radiology Technologist
Operates interventional radiographic equipment in order to produce radiographs of the body for diagnostic purposes and assists the interventional physician during procedures, under the supervision of the Radiologist. Applicant must be a graduate of AMA approved Radiologic Technology program and ARRT Registry. NJ State Licensure is also required.

Certified Coder
Reviews medical records and codes all appropriate diagnoses and procedures for all applicable records. Ensures accurate coding by following established coding principles and guidelines. Assists physicians and hospital personnel with coding inquiries; abstracts data from medical record into computer for billing, abstracting and other data collection purposes. Verifies data already present on abstracting screens. Assigns DRG or APC for each patient. Monitors DNFB on a weekly basis.
