Kennedy Health System offers a variety of health education and wellness programs designed for you and your family. Year round we offer classes, free community lectures and special events in convenient locations in Camden, Gloucester and Burlington counties.

We also can provide customer-designed programs and speakers for community groups and businesses through our Speaker's Bureau.
Fitness and Dance Classes

Kennedy is committed to helping make keeping fit, fun.  We offer a full range of fitness and dance options for every fitness and age level.

   Kennedy provides classes for all ages and fitness levels.
Wellness Classes

Our Wellness programs are designed to give you and your family easy access to the health and lifestyle information you need to stay healthy. Our dynamic schedule of classes and free seminars are attended by thousands of residents each year.

ElderMed is now PrimeTime!

More than 40,000 PrimeTime members take advantage of our full schedule of free health screenings, lectures, support groups, and other activities to promote healthy living.

Diabetes Education Classes

Education is the key to living well with diabetes! Attend our acclaimed diabetes education sessions and learn skills and strategies for managing this disease. Each session consists of three (3) classes, one per week for three consecutive weeks. Most insurances are accepted to cover the educational fee.

CPR Classes

Kennedy offers a variety of CPR classes for the public and healthcare professionals.

Family Classes and Support

Kennedy offers a wide range of classes and support for moms, and children, including childbirth education, breast feeding classes and lactation consultations

Tai Chi - 05/02/2016
Tai Chi is a Chinese slow motion exercise designed to promote good health and longevity by circulating internal energy or 'chi.' Benefits include promoting relaxation and reducing stress. Anyone can do it regardless of age or condition. Great by itself or complements other exercises, lowers blood pressure, improves balance and coordination, slows and improves breathing and builds strength and vitality for cancer patients during and after treatment.
