Kennedy's commitment to the health of area residents goes way beyond the hospital walls. We offer many programs and services right in the neighborhoods where our residents live, work, and go to school. These programs are designed to help you stay well informed about important health care concerns and to have a positive impact on your overall health.
Community Wellness Programs
Our Wellness programs are designed to give you and your family easy access to the health and lifestyle information you need to stay healthy. Our dynamic schedule of classes and free seminars are attended by thousands of residents each year.
Kennedy is an active partner in many community-wide activities in addition to our own special community projects. Often, we invite community members to join us in these efforts, (e.g. blood drives, food drives).
This wellness program is specifically designed for adults 60 years of age and older. Fitness classes, health screenings, physician lectures, special events and more are offered at convenient times and locations throughout the year.
