Kennedy University Hospitals in Stratford and Washington Township, NJ, have received the Get With The Guidelines®– Stroke Gold-Plus Quality Achievement Award from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association (AHA/ASA) for implementing specific quality improvement measures in the treatment of stroke patients. Kennedy – Cherry Hill also received this prestigious designation in the fall of 2014.

Get With The Guidelines® – Stroke helps hospital teams provide the most up-to-date, research-based guidelines with the goal of speeding recovery and reducing death and disability for stroke patients.

Ms. Morina, who had formerly served as the Chamber’s Vice Chair, will serve a two-year term for the organization, which currently has 785 members.

SEWELL, NJ – For the fifth consecutive year, Kennedy Health will host a day of fun-filled festivities to celebrate Cancer Survivors Day at Washington Lake Park, 626 Hurffville-Cross Keys Road, in Sewell, NJ.

This year’s event includes Kennedy’s first-ever 5K run/walk – on a USATF-Certified K Course – which kicks off the day at 9:30 a.m. (registration 8am).
