This was the 10th annual March of Dimes – New Jersey Chapter Nurse of the Year Awards, a program that recognizes nurses who demonstrate excellence and achievements in research, education, quality patient care, innovation and leadership in 19 different categories.

Kennedy’s Department of Nursing had plenty to celebrate at the recent Organization of Nurse Executives of New Jersey (ONE/NJ) holiday meeting and awards brunch.

Kennedy’s Chief Nurse Executive, Helene Burns, was installed as a member of the NJ/ONE Board of Directors for a two-year term at the annual meeting, held in December.
