Kennedy Names Two New Board Members

Kennedy Health System welcomes two new board members, Wanda P. Hardy and Ronald Caputo.

Wanda P Hardy, EMBA - Kennedy Board Member

Wanda P. Hardy, EMBA, of Deptford, NJ, has been named to the Board of Trustees of Kennedy University Hospital for a three-year term. The Managing Principal of WP Hardy Consulting, LLC, Ms. Hardy provides management consultancy, training and organizational development to private, governmental and nonprofit organizations and academic institutions.  From 1994 to 2001, she was a consultant with Siemens in Bala Cynwyd, Pa., and she also served as Vice President with the Blumenfeld Organization in Philadelphia from 1980 to 1993.

In addition to her consulting business, Ms. Hardy holds appointments at several area colleges and universities.  She is a lecturer at Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA and an adjunct instructor at Cumberland County College in Vineland, NJ. Additionally, she has served as an advisor for Rutgers University’s School of Business Institute for Management & Executive Development.

Ms. Hardy is an Advisory Board Member with Wells Fargo Bank, serves as Vice President of the Nonprofit Development Center of Southern New Jersey and is President of CreditWorthy, Inc., a nonprofit financial education organization.  She is a member of the American Association of University Women and the Industry Advisory Council for American Public University System School of Management.  Ms. Hardy holds both a Bachelor of Science degree and an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration (EMBA) from St. Joseph’s University. She is a graduate of Columbia University School of Business Institute for Nonprofit Management.

Kennedy is a health services delivery system serving the communities of southern New Jersey.  Kennedy meets the community’s healthcare needs with services at its hospital campuses in Cherry Hill, Stratford and Washington Township and at outpatient facilities throughout Camden and Gloucester counties.  The Kennedy Health System is a Principal hospital of the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. Kennedy is also a member of the University of Pennsylvania Cancer Network.

 

Ron Caputo - Kennedy Board Member

Ronald L. Caputo of Delran has been named to the Board of Trustees of Kennedy University Hospital for a three-year term. Mr. Caputo is Vice President and Senior Trust Advisor with PNC Bank, N.A., based in Moorestown, NJ.

A graduate of Bethany  College in West Virginia, where he earned a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration, Caputo also is certified in Trust Financial Services from the University of North Carolina’s Cannon Trust School.

Caputo began his career at the Burlington County Trust Company in 1977, and joined the PNC Financial Services Group in 1995. A member of the Estate and Planning Council of Southern New Jersey and the Burlington County Chamber of Commerce, he is also served on the Board of Trustees of the YMCA of Burlington County.

He coached many youth sports teams and was president of the Delran High School Ice Hockey Club for three years.
