Kennedy President and CEO Martin A. Bieber Receives March of Dimes "Born to Shine" Award

Martin A. Bieber, President & CEO of the Kennedy Health System, was recently honored with the March of Dimes' "Born to Shine" award at Caesars Atlantic City on October 22nd. Mr. Bieber was one of seven area healthcare CEOs recognized at the annual event for his dedication and commitment to the South Jersey community.
Mr. Bieber joined Kennedy in 2006. The healthcare organization operates three hospitals in southern New Jersey, along with many ambulatory facilities and services to meet the community's needs. Kennedy employs more than 4,000 associates and has a medical staff of over 900 physicians.
Mr. Bieber, in addition to his position at Kennedy, currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Haddonfield, NJ-based Bancroft, a leading, nonprofit service provider for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries.
A native of New York City, Mr. Bieber holds a Master's degree in health services administration from the New School for Social Research and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Bernard M. Baruch College, both in New York City. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of numerous healthcare organizations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives. He resides in Monroe Township, NJ, with his wife, Michele.
