| Kennedy Hosts September Blood/Bone Marrow Registry Drives |

Kennedy University Hospitals’ three locations – in Cherry Hill, Stratford and Washington Township, NJ – are hosting American Red Cross blood drives in September. In addition, the Kennedy Cherry Hill and Stratford hospital locations are also hosting Be The Match® bone marrow registries at the same time as their blood drives. To join the bone marrow registry, you only need to be between the ages of 18-60, be willing to donate to any patient in need, and meet the required health guidelines. Those who qualify will be asked to give a cheek swab sample at the drive, which is only used to add them to the registry; it’s not a donation for a patient. More details about the Be The Match® program will be available onsite. To be a blood donor, you must be in good health, 16 years of age or older, and weigh at least 110 pounds. Everyone who donates blood in September will receive a voucher good for one of two great offers from Monro Muffler/Brake & Service.
