The Kennedy Health System is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of The Philly.com Top Workplaces, the only healthcare system in the region to be included in the listing (under the sector of “Hospitals” for Large Employers).
The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 40 major publishing partners across the United States. Through its workplace improvement offerings, WorkplaceDynamics provides solutions, training, and tools to help clients improve their workplace.
Founded in 1965, the South Jersey-based Kennedy Health System is an integrated healthcare delivery system with more than 4,000 employees at its three hospital campuses and numerous ambulatory facilities in Camden and Gloucester counties.
“More than 500 of our associates took part in the random employee engagement survey and their feedback was very positive,” said Kennedy President & CEO Joseph W. Devine. “The survey results confirm what so many of us at Kennedy know – this is a wonderful place to work, and we are constantly working to improve every day for our patients and our staff.”
