How do I sign up?
Consumers may check if they qualify and enroll online healthcare.gov website. or via phone, 1-800-318-2596.

For the enrollment process, you should have available the following:
  • Social Security Numbers (or document numbers for legal immigrants)
  • Employment information for every member of your household who needs coverage (pay stubs or W-2 forms)
  • Policy numbers for any current health insurance plans covering members of your household
