Dr. Kenneth Covone specializes in minimally invasive "robotic" surgery using the new da Vinci® HD Surgical System. He is also certified in Essure® hysteroscopic tubal occlusion procedures (for blocked fallopian tubes) and Nexplanon® (birth control device) insertion. Our patients benefit from his expertise in the most technologically advanced gynecological procedures. Affiliated with Kennedy OB/GYN Associates since 2007, Dr. Covone is a 2003 graduate of the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, and a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Ursinus College, where he earned his undergraduate degree in 1997. Dr. Covone completed his OB/GYN residency at Kennedy University Hospital, where he was Chief Resident during 2006-2007. A South Jersey native, Dr. Covone is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Deborah White is a 2009 graduate of the University Of New England College Of Osteopathic Medicine and holds a master’s degree in Public Health from George Washington University. A 2002 graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Dr. White’s background includes serving as a Research Assistant in the Division of Viral Pathogenics at Harvard Medical School in the Department of Comparative Medicine at MIT. She also undertook an Internship at the Lombardi Cancer Center at Georgetown University. Dr. White’s community and volunteerism includes serving at a medical clinical in Maine, and at a women’s shelter in Boston. Board eligible, she is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She has a special interest in cerclage placement (a procedure used to prevent pre-term delivery).
