Kennedy Health System

Kennedy now takes patient care to a higher level. We know that navigating the healthcare system can be overwhelming, so our Patient Navigator RNs do it for you.

Each is a highly trained R.N. on hand at our three ERs, at all Kennedy Health Alliance medical offices, and at the Kennedy Cancer Center, where patients have the added support of a full time social worker.

Patient Navigators will:

• Assist with referrals and follow-up appointments with specialists, including providing the referral prescription and scheduling the appointment.
• Assist veterans with obtaining the appropriate medical benefits.
• Assist with insurance issues.
• Help guide patients and families through the Charity Care process.
• Act as a resource for prescription drug discounts.
• Check to ensure your medical care plan is on track, and give you all the emotional support you need.
