Mindfulness and Meditation

This class will not meet during the summer. It will resume in the fall beginning September 15th.

With meditation at its core, mindfulness is a way to create a greater sense of peace and compassion for ourselves and our circumstances.  Reduce stress on the body and mind.  Learn the skills to live in the present and nurture yourself.

Dates: 1st & 3rd Mondays

Time: 6 - 7 PM

Facilitator: Linda Townshend, Mindfulness Instructor, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
