Jefferson Health - New Jersey Supports "Real Men Wear Pink!"
Did you know that in the United States, 12 percent of women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime?
This is one of the many reasons why Jefferson Health – New Jersey is once again taking part in the American Cancer Society’s annual “Real Men Wear Pink” campaign. The campaign focuses on giving men an opportunity to fight against breast cancer by wearing pink to spread awareness and fundraising to help find a cure.
Last year, Jefferson Health – New Jersey Division President Joseph W. Devine became South Jersey’s top fundraiser for the initiative. Now, he’s passed the baton to Robert Davis, our VP of Product Lines, who oversees our Cancer Program.
Rob strongly believes that no woman (or man) should have to face a breast cancer diagnosis alone. That’s why he is the Jefferson Health – New Jersey “Man in Pink” for this year’s campaign. Rob has set a fundraising goal for himself of $2,500, and he’s already half-way there!
