VP of Ambulatory Services Russell Micoli Panels Session at 9th Annual Philly Tech Week
Russell Micoli, VP of Ambulatory Services, recently paneled a session at Introduced by Technical.ly, a conference within the ninth annual Philly Tech Week (May 3-11) — a weeklong celebration of technology and innovation in the Philadelphia region.
Advocacy groups, nonprofits and celebrities are helping to battle the stigma around mental health; yet, norms have not changed enough for many of the 1 in 5 Americans living with Behavioral Health conditions.
Russell’s session, titled “Removing the Stigma: Creative Solutions for the Mental Health Crisis,” focused on innovative and creative strategies to combat this stigma at home, at work, and beyond, with a focus on shifting from raising awareness, to improving outcomes and lives.
Russell’s (2nd from left) fellow panelists shown are, from left: Mitch Vidovich, Director of Government Affairs, Independence Blue Cross; Session Moderator Christopher Molaro, Co-founder and CEO, NeuroFlow; Tonya Ladipo, CEO, The Ladipo Group; and Jessica Pickett, Founder and President, RPM Solutions Group.
