Kennedy Health System and the ACE Unit are proud to host the 2nd Annual Excellence in Geriatric Care Conference. The purpose of this conference is to educate our community of healthcare providers to enable the delivery of best practice in geriatric care. The conference includes a continental breakfast, lunch, materials and 7 continuing nursing education contact hours.

Topics include:

1. End of Life Care
2. Pulmonary Considerations and the Geriatric Patient
3. Diabetes Management in the Geriatric Patient
4. Patient Education Considerations for the Geriatric Patient
5. Dementia and Delirium
6. Clinical Decision Making in the Older Adult Population

Parking is available free on site at Lucien's Manor.

Continuing Nursing Education (CNE): 7 Contact Hours will be awarded
