Strength and Body Sculpting
Use hand weights, bands and small stability balls to work your entire body. Loose inches and increase your metabolism.
Wear comfortable attire and sneakers. Bring a mat, towel, water and weights (3 or 5 lbs.). Stability balls will be provided.
$65 per person for 8-week class
