The best of yoga, Pilates and strength training all in one class. Build upper and lower body strength, while activating your core and establishing a mind-body connection. Designed for all fitness levels.

Wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring a mat, towel, light weights and bottle of water.  Recommended, but not required: yoga block and strap.

$65 per person for 8-week class
