With meditation at the core, mindfulness is a way to create a greater sense of peace and compassion for yourself and others. Each week, you will practice meditation, learn various techniques for bringing mindfulness into your daily life and develop a practice that can last a lifetime. Reduce stress on the body and mind and live a life with more meaning.

 Wednesdays, February 5 to 26

All classes will be held at the following location:

Fee: $50 per person for 8-week session

NOTE: Due to the nature of the class, attendees must arrive on time.
