This toning class is a full body strength training workout. Increase strength and gain more muscle. We will concentrate on core and abs, resulting in a stronger back and abdominals and helping to eliminate back pain.
Wear comfortable attire and sneakers. Please bring a mat, towel, water and 3-, 5- or 7-lb. weights.
